Tan Hiep Phat Commended for Outstanding Tax Contributions

On the morning of June 23, the Regional Tax Department XVI (covering Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, and Tay Ninh) held a mid-year review conference for the first six months of 2025. At the event, Tan Hiep Phat Trading & Service Co., Ltd., along with 97 organizations and one individual, was honored for exemplary compliance with tax policies and regulations, for overcoming difficulties, and for making significant contributions to the State budget since 2023.

According to the Regional Tax Department XVI, thanks to exceptional efforts, the total State budget revenue of the department reached nearly 63 percent of the annual target, demonstrating high efficiency in tax administration and debt collection.

The State budget revenue target for 2025 assigned to the department is VND 74.187 trillion. After six months, cumulative revenue is estimated at VND 46.511 trillion, equivalent to 62.7 percent of the annual target, and notably 125.8 percent compared to the same period in 2024.

Revenue details for each province are as follows:
Binh Duong: target VND 53.930 trillion, revenue VND 34.361 trillion (63.7 percent of target)
Binh Phuoc: target VND 8.799 trillion, revenue VND 5.916 trillion (67.2 percent of target)
Tay Ninh: target VND 11.458 trillion, revenue VND 6.234 trillion (54.4 percent of target)

Alongside strong revenue performance, the department has also taken firm action in managing and recovering tax debt. As of June 30, 2025, outstanding tax debt is estimated at VND 8.434 trillion, accounting for 11.37 percent of the State budget revenue target. These efforts highlight the determination of Regional Tax Department XVI to safeguard State revenue, uphold tax discipline, and contribute to the economic development of all three provinces.

On this occasion, the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 15 organizations; the Tax Department awarded Certificates of Merit to 3 organizations; and the Regional Tax Department XVI presented Certificates of Commendation to 51 organizations, along with recognition for 97 organizations and one individual who have demonstrated strong tax compliance and contributed significantly to the State budget since 2023.

The representative added:

“For many years, Tan Hiep Phat and its units across multiple provinces have been honored by authorities for consistently complying with tax laws, overcoming challenges, and making meaningful contributions to the State budget.”

The company has also carried out many social programs, including monthly sponsorship for 11 shelters in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City since March 2023; the “Spreading Love – Supporting Education” program, which has granted thousands of scholarships to disadvantaged students in Binh Duong, Hau Giang, Quang Nam, and Ha Nam; and contributions to the renovation and opening of primary school facilities in Dak Lak. Tan Hiep Phat has also supported long-standing philanthropic initiatives over nearly three decades, such as “Dream Bridge,” “Golden Cow,” “Drops of Gratitude,” and “Vietnamese Hearts Fund.” These efforts reflect the company’s long-term focus on children, education, and the environment, aiming to create positive and sustainable value for the community. This commitment has been a guiding principle throughout the company’s development in Vietnam.

In 2025, Tan Hiep Phat continues to implement charitable programs with the aim of supporting more children and disadvantaged students, helping them rise in life with greater ease. In addition to fulfilling tax policies and regulations, overcoming challenges, and contributing significantly to the State budget, Tan Hiep Phat has also devoted strong effort to social initiatives.
