Training Workshop on Implementing Social Work and Psychological Counseling in Educational Institutions
During the workshop, participants received information from the project-developed guidance materials. They also actively engaged in discussions, interactive practice sessions, and specialized topics to acquire the essential knowledge and skills required for effective implementation in their schools and institutions.

| On August 27-28, 2024, Good Neighbors International (GNI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), organized a training workshop on implementing social work and psychological counseling in schools. The event was attended by nearly 200 in-person participants and approximately 9,000 virtual attendees, including school staff and teachers. This workshop was part of the "School Social Work and Psychological Counseling Development Project 2022-2024," a joint initiative by GNI and MOET. In addition to training, participants shared challenges, concerns, and real-life scenarios encountered in schools. These were addressed collaboratively with experts and peers, allowing for the exchange of insights and practical experiences to enhance their capacity to manage social work and counseling activities effectively in the educational context. |
