In 1969, while the world’s attention was fixed on the Paris Conference, three young Swiss men quietly raised the flag of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam atop the Notre Dame Cathedral. More than fifty years later, two of them, Olivier Parriaux and Bernard Bachelard, set foot in Vietnam for the first time. They did not come seeking recognition, but to affirm a simple truth: their journey with Vietnam has never ceased.
