The 11th Congress of the Union of Vietnamese Students and Youth in France (UEVF) for the 2025-2027 term took place on 22 November in Paris. The Congress reaffirmed its commitment to promoting the role of uniting young people and serving as a bridge for knowledge, science - technology, and high-quality human resources dedicated to the homeland.

Many overseas Vietnamese experts and intellectuals submitted comments on the Draft Documents of the 14th National Party Congress, emphasizing the need to concretize mechanisms and create an effective implementation environment in the fields of private-sector development, innovation, human resource development, and people-to-people diplomacy.

In recent years, Vietnamese language contests in Japan, such as speech competitions, photo contests, and proficiency exams, have been flourishing. These activities not only help improve language skills but also contribute to preserving and promoting the mother tongue within the community of around 600,000 Vietnamese people living, studying, and working in Japan. They also serve as a platform for international students studying Vietnamese to practice and demonstrate their understanding of the Vietnamese language and culture.

The national football championship for the Vietnamese community living, studying, and working across Japan will take place on November 9, 2025, at the Redsland Sports Complex in Saitama City, Japan.
