	Russian Media Praise Vietnam’s Resolve to Put People at Foundation of Development

The delegation was led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation Dang Minh Khoi, with the participation of a large number of embassy officials and staff, representatives of agencies alongside the Embassy, representatives of Vietnamese associations and organizations in Russia, as well as Vietnamese students currently studying in the country.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid a wreath of fresh flowers at the statue of President Ho Chi Minh, expressing profound gratitude for his immense contributions as a genius leader, the founder and architect of the Communist Party of Vietnam, a national liberation hero, and an outstanding cultural figure. The delegates observed a moment of silence in his memory, reflecting on the Party’s glorious 96-year journey of formation and development, from the very first “red seeds” to the great victories of the Vietnamese revolution, leading the country toward increasing development, becoming ever more “dignified and beautiful.”

Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi emphasized that this year’s flower-laying ceremony carried special significance as it took place shortly after the 14th National Congress of the Party. It was an occasion for every cadre, Party member, and Vietnamese citizen living abroad to report to President Ho Chi Minh on the achievements attained, while reaffirming their determination to uphold unity and solidarity and to work together to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, thereby contributing to building an ever more prosperous and strong nation.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the delegates took commemorative photos at the foot of the statue. The fresh flowers served as a pledge from all cadres and Party members working in Russia, as well as from the Vietnamese community residing there: to always turn toward the Homeland, preserve national pride, and remain determined to contribute their efforts to building a country that is increasingly prosperous and happy in the new era.
