Dr. Carolus Wimmer, President of the Venezuela-Vietnam Friendship House (CAVV), expressed his delight that the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is being held close to the 96th anniversary of the Party’s founding. He wished the Congress great success in its discussions and in adopting important decisions, affirming that Vietnam is determined to advance into a “new era - the era of the nation’s rise,” grounded in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought.
