Ninh Binh Implements Comprehensive Measures to Control Fishing Vessels and Prevent IUU Fishing
In accordance with the directives of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment during the peak month of combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, Ninh Binh province has been accelerating the registration of fishing vessels, issuing fishing licenses, and strengthening the monitoring of vessel activities through the Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) to prevent violations and work toward ending illegal fishing.
