| On November 28, in Nguyen Binh district, 327 households in Ca Thanh and Vu Nong communes, two of the hardest-hit areas, received blankets to help them endure the harsh winter. Additionally, USAID plans to provide multipurpose cash assistance to 914 more households in the district in the coming weeks. This support will help families meet urgent needs, including food, shelter, and household essentials. This initiative underscores USAID's commitment to supporting communities recovering from natural disasters in Vietnam. |
