According to the embassy, the current policy will remain in effect from 11:00 a.m. on April 7 until 8:00 p.m. on April 9. The overall policy framework remains unchanged, with Israel continuing to implement a two-tier system of “restricted activity” and “partial activity” zones. Regulations regarding public gatherings, education, workplace operations, and beach closures largely remain the same, although the list of affected areas has been specified in greater detail.

In “restricted activity” areas, the highest alert level, public gatherings are limited to a maximum of 50 people at venues with access to standard-compliant shelters, and regular educational activities are suspended. Workplaces are allowed to operate only if they meet safety requirements, while beaches remain closed.

The affected areas include key locations such as Jerusalem, Tel Aviv-Yafo, and surrounding urban areas; Haifa; Ashdod; Ashkelon, Beer Sheva; Eilat, along with multiple regions across northern, central, and southern Israel.

Meanwhile, in “partial activity” areas, restrictions are less stringent. Public gatherings are permitted for up to 50 people outdoors and 100 people indoors, provided that adequate shelter conditions are ensured. Workplaces are allowed to continue operating in accordance with safety guidelines, while educational activities may take place if protective requirements are met. These areas include Lower Galilee, the Beit She’an Valley, the Jordan Valley, Samaria, Judea, areas adjacent to the Gaza Strip, the Arava region, and several other localities.

Amid ongoing security risks, the Vietnamese Embassy in Israel has advised citizens to closely follow guidance issued by the Home Front Command corresponding to their place of residence, proactively identify the nearest shelters, and remain ready to move when alerts are issued.

The embassy also urged the community to remain vigilant in light of the potential escalation of hostilities, warning of the possibility of expanded attacks targeting Iran’s energy infrastructure if no agreement is reached. Citizens are advised to stay away from sensitive areas such as energy facilities, industrial zones, airports, seaports, and critical infrastructure sites; limit movement if residing near incident areas; and strictly avoid approaching, filming, or photographing attack sites or locations where hazardous objects are present.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Israel stated that it will continue to closely monitor developments and provide timely updates to the community, while urging citizens to strictly comply with local regulations to ensure their safety.
