The festival is expected to be held for 4 days, from May 23 to May 26 at Quang Trung Street Square in Front Beach, Vung Tau.

The event is organized by the Phan Trong Binh People's Armed Forces Heroes Fund, to introduce, honor, and preserve coastal cultural heritage values, and stimulate domestic and international tourism. It will also promote local economic development.

Vietnam Sea and Island Festival 2024 aims to introduce, honor and promote the cultural and natural beauty of Vietnam's sea and islands.

Vietnam Sea and Island Festival - Vung Tau City 2024 includes a series of events such as cuisine, sports, performances, parades, dances, music, art, and culture.

The highlight of the festival is the art performance Night of Desire on the evening of May 25 at the large stage on Quang Trung Street Square. The art program has the participation of nearly 700 dancers, actors, and artists.

The series of events also includes a food fair, minishow The Luminous Harmony Show, a yoga ensemble festival, the Vietnamese Ao Dai parade festival, and Vietnam's sea and island mobile propaganda team.

The organizers also display 200 food stalls and 100 local product stalls to serve visitors.

This program aims to build an impressive and meaningful model of the sea and island festival to become a periodic and annual marine cultural exchange event. It also aims to be held alternately in coastal localities across the country. This will be a good opportunity for localities to cooperate and contribute to preserving Vietnam's seas and islands.
