Although the community is not large in number, it remains closely united, cohesive, and oriented towards the homeland. The meeting of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, his spouse, and the delegation with the overseas Vietnamese immediately upon arrival in Senegal demonstrates the deep concern of the Party and the State for the Vietnamese community abroad. It also serves as a significant source of encouragement for the overseas community and the embassy staff.
