Who Wouldn’t Love a Freshman Year Like This: When Friends and Green Tea Turn Stress Into Joy

| Gathering with friends and chilling with Zero Degree Green Tea is a favorite way for freshmen to ease stress and cool down life in their new environment. |
A group of students gathered around a stone bench, discussing their presentation while passing around ice cold bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea to cool down after a long day. Their carefree laughter was a sign that youth had truly begun, filled with joy and positive energy.
When friendship becomes the oxygen tank of freshman year
Bao Ngoc, a first year student at Saigon University, still remembers exactly how her circle of close friends was formed. “We met in PE class. We were running, laughing, pretending to be out of breath, and realized we just clicked. We’ve been inseparable ever since,” she said, eyes sparkling.
From those early awkward days until now, her friends have become her emotional support system away from home. “Some days school is overwhelming and deadlines pile up. All it takes is gathering at our usual sidewalk spot, sipping a bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea to ease the stress, and talking about anything and everything. Suddenly everything feels lighter,” Ngoc shared.
For Thuy Linh, a freshman at the University of Economics and Law, moving into the dorm was so overwhelming she cried from homesickness. “One day, the whole room cleaned together, hung photos, played lofi music, and opened a few bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea to relax. The vibe changed instantly. From strangers, we became close,” she said.

She learned that just a few small touches – a plant, a few family photos, a tidy study corner – could turn a dorm room into a true “home sweet home.” Since then, every night the group has their “chill time”: studying, chatting, and sipping bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea made from natural green tea leaves to ease stress and cool down daily life.
“Now being away from home doesn’t feel scary anymore. It feels fun, because I have a second family,” Linh said with a bright smile.
When student clubs become the real leveling up arena
Quang Liem, a student at Hong Bang International University, once thought he was the “go to class and go home” type. But joining the school’s event club changed him completely. “At first I joined just for fun, but the more I worked, the more I loved it,” he shared.
Over the past two years, Liem has taken part in more than 30 events: writing proposals, finding sponsors, setting up, coordinating shows. “It’s exhausting sometimes, but every completion feels amazing. I’ve learned countless skills no textbook teaches,” he said.
When pressure builds, deadlines tighten, or plans fall apart, the team gathers to brainstorm with a few bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea to reset their mood. “This natural green tea drink helps us ease stress and recharge so we can keep going,” Liem said with a grin.
For him, the club is a youth “lab,” a place to try, fail, learn, and grow. For Vu Hoang, a student at Van Lang University, joining the CDs Crew dance group was a real plot twist.
Once an introvert, he now confidently performs in front of hundreds of people. “After each practice or show, we chill with Zero Degree Green Tea to cool down. It feels refreshing. That energy keeps me wanting to dance more, burn brighter,” Hoang shared.
Live happy, chill the right way, and give it your all
Evening settled in as the city lights turned on. On campus, the students were still chatting about their presentation and their upcoming trip. Ice cold bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea passed from hand to hand, catching the reflection of the campus lights, the droplets shining like their youth: fresh, lively, and full of life.
