Four Proposals to Promote Viet Nam-Singapore Relations in Key Areas
On April 2 in Hanoi, President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations Phan Anh Son received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to Vietnam Rajpal Singh. On October 20 in Hanoi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam - Japan Friendship Association Bui Khac Son received a delegation from the Japan - Vietnam Friendship Association of Fukushima Prefecture led by flute artist Shakuhachi Tachibana Saburo.
