Amid nonstop deadlines, peer pressure, and layers of unspoken expectations, many young people like Phuong Nghi feel they are hitting emotional rock bottom. Burnout is no longer a passing feeling—it has become an “invisible wall” that clogs the mind, exhausts the spirit, and drains energy.
According to Deloitte, nearly 46% of Gen Z often feel stressed at work; 77% admit they have experienced burnout at least once. Instead of waiting for a miracle, they actively “cool down” by returning to nature—letting sunlight, wind, and bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea soothe their minds and melt away stress.
For Phuong Nghi, this wasn’t a vacation—it was an urgent “escape” after days stretched tight like a guitar string. “I was cornered by a complicated thesis, a tough defense, and a surge of year-end launch deadlines,” she said. “I felt like a drained machine that needed to unplug immediately.”

| Drinking tea and SUP are some of the favorite activities of young people to reduce stress and cool down life. |
At 4:30 a.m., she and her friends hiked up Thien Phuc Duc Hill. The slope was slippery, the mist freezing cold, but each step felt like dropping another piece of pressure. When the sun broke through the clouds and the first rays touched her shoulder, Nghi opened a bottle pulled from her backpack. Cold condensation clung to the outside as the natural green tea aroma spread—refreshing, calming, and soothing.
Each sip enriched with EGCG seemed to blow away the stress inside her mind. “Every sip felt like hitting reset,” she laughed. “After all that pressure, just sitting here, breathing deeply, and sipping tea instantly made me feel relaxed and refreshed.”
Back at the homestay, Nghi and her friends went SUP paddling on Tuyen Lam Lake. The surface was still, the mist slowly lifted, and each paddle stroke felt like wiping away another deadline. When they opened the chilled bottles of Zero Degree Green Tea, the pure natural green tea flavor spread like the final “reset button.”
“A little tired but mentally so light. All the stress disappeared—I’m ready to go back to work as a fresher version of myself,” Nghi smiled.
For Khoi Nguyen (28, software engineer), burnout doesn’t come from deadlines but from the “code firewall” he battles daily. “My mind felt tight, like being trapped in an endless loop,” he said. To cool down, Nguyen and his friends booked tickets to Da Nang to reclaim the feeling of really living among waves and wind.

At My Khe Beach, he threw himself into the waves to shake off fatigue. Each time a wave knocked him down, he bounced back up laughing. Under the blazing sun, he cracked open a cold bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea—each refreshing sip acting as a mental “shutdown” switch.
“The cold rushed through my body, and the EGCG from natural green tea cleared all the mental congestion. It felt like closing every unnecessary tab in my head,” Nguyen shared.
And surprisingly, in that brief “no stress” moment, the solution to the stuck code snippet appeared. “Zero Degree Green Tea sparked the idea that helped me break through,” he laughed. “One bottle of tea, one wave, and a refreshed mind—that’s all I need to chase away stress and reboot everything.”
For Mai Ngan (27, interior designer), cooling down life takes on a gentler form. One weekend afternoon, she brought her paint palette and canvas to the Saigon riverside. In the peaceful air, she turned on music and began freestyle painting—pouring all her stress, deadlines, and fatigue into every stroke.
When the final brushstrokes dried, she opened a bottle of Zero Degree Green Tea and took slow, refreshing sips. “The natural green tea taste felt like water flowing through my mind,” Ngan said, her eyes drifting across the shimmering river. “In that moment, everything felt lighter. All the pressure dissolved. It felt like fully returning to a ‘no stress’ state.”
